Clear Aligners
A series of clear, removable trays made for your teeth that move them step by step, planned digitally and checked with your dentist at each stage.

Part of our department: Orthodontics & Clear Aligners
What to expect
Treatment starts with an orthodontic assessment: your dentist checks your teeth, gums and bite, takes photographs and a scan, and explains whether clear aligners suit you or whether braces would work better. If aligners are right, a digital plan shows the planned movement, and you see it before the trays are made. You change trays on a schedule and come back for regular checks. At the end, retainers keep the teeth in their new position.
Aftercare basics
Wear the aligners for the hours your dentist sets, usually most of the day and night, and take them out to eat and drink anything other than water. Brush your teeth before putting them back, clean the trays as shown, and wear your retainers as advised once treatment ends.
Five questions
The questions people ask before this treatment. Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp.
Are clear aligners right for me?
They suit many cases of crowding, spacing and some bite problems, but not every case. Your dentist decides with you at the assessment and explains the alternatives, such as metal or ceramic braces.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on how much the teeth need to move and on wearing the trays as advised. Your dentist gives you an estimate from your digital plan.
Do I have to brush every time I eat?
Yes, ideally brush or at least rinse well before putting the aligners back, so food is not trapped against the teeth. Plain water is fine with the aligners in.
Does my insurance cover this?
That depends on your plan and on why the treatment is needed. Send a photo of your insurance card on WhatsApp and we check your cover before your visit. Any fees are confirmed with you before treatment.
Which dentist will I see?
All three of our dentists work across this treatment. Tell us what you need and we book you with the right person, or name the dentist you would like to see.
