Questions, answered

The questions people ask before they book. Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp and the team replies during clinic hours.

Is there parking?

Yes. We validate parking for all clients, seven days a week. Bring your ticket to reception.

Do you work with my insurance?

We work with several insurers, and direct billing depends on your plan. Send a photo of your card on WhatsApp and we confirm your cover before your visit.

Which languages do you speak?

You can write to us on WhatsApp in English or Arabic. Tell us if you would prefer to be seen in another language and we will let you know what is possible.

When are you open?

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00. Message us on WhatsApp at any time and we reply with times during clinic hours.

Do you see children?

Yes, children are welcome, and Toote, our little clinic character, is here for them. Tell us your child's age on WhatsApp so we can plan a gentle first visit.

What should I bring?

Your Emirates ID or passport, your insurance card if you have one, and any recent reports or a list of your current medication.

What happens at a first visit?

We start with a conversation about what brought you in, then an examination and, where useful, digital images. You leave with a plan you understand, and nothing is decided without you.

How do I pay?

Payment is settled at the clinic after your visit. Where your insurer covers the visit, we bill them directly once cover is confirmed. Ask on WhatsApp if you have a question before you come.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we will move your appointment to a time that suits you.

What does the Family Medicine Specialist see?

Everyday health concerns, health check-ups and follow-up for long-term conditions. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we find you a time with Dr. Archana.

How do aesthetic treatments start?

With a look at your skin. The menu covers body contouring, facials and skin treatments, laser hair removal and a glass skin combination treatment; your practitioner listens to what you would like and suggests what suits you.

What if I have a dental emergency?

Dental emergencies seen same day during clinic hours: message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 671 9387. After hours, message us and we'll reply first thing. For severe facial swelling, difficulty breathing or heavy bleeding, call 998 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
