Booking
Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and when suits you, or call 04 298 0019. If you are in pain, say so: dental emergencies are seen the same day during clinic hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00.
What to bring
Your Emirates ID or passport, your insurance card, a list of any medicines you take and any recent dental X-rays you have. Tell us about allergies and medical conditions, because they can change how your dentist plans treatment.
Getting here
We are in Office 1308, Lake Central Tower, on Marasi Drive in Business Bay. Park in the tower and bring your ticket up: we validate it at reception.
The examination
Your dentist starts by listening: what brought you in, how your teeth and gums have been, and anything that worries you. Then a careful look at every tooth, your gums, your bite and the soft tissues of the mouth. X-rays are taken only when your dentist needs them to see what the eye cannot.
The plan and the fees
Your dentist explains what they found in plain words, the options, and what happens if you wait. Any fees are confirmed with you before treatment, and nothing starts until you agree. If you are nervous, tell us: your dentist can go step by step and stop whenever you ask.
