Treatments in this department

What this covers. Which of these is right for you is decided with your clinician at a consultation, never from a list.

  • Single Tooth Implants

An implant and custom-made crown replace a missing tooth without relying on the neighbouring teeth for support.

  • Multiple Tooth Implants

Implant-supported crowns or bridges replace several missing teeth, with the number and position of implants tailored to your needs.

  • Full-Arch Implant Rehabilitation

A coordinated surgical and restorative approach to replacing all teeth in an upper or lower arch with an implant-supported restoration.

  • All-on-4 & All-on-6

Full-arch treatment using four or six implants to support a fixed set of replacement teeth, depending on bone support and clinical suitability.

  • Immediate Implant Placement

Placement of an implant at the time of tooth extraction when the surrounding bone, gum health and site conditions are suitable.

  • Immediate Temporary Teeth

A temporary restoration fitted soon after implant placement in suitable cases, subject to implant stability and bite requirements.

  • Bone Grafting & Ridge Augmentation

Rebuilding areas of reduced jawbone to improve the foundation for planned dental implants.

  • Socket Preservation

Placement of grafting material after an extraction to help limit bone loss and support future tooth replacement.

  • Sinus Lift Procedures

Careful lifting of the sinus membrane and placement of bone graft material to increase available bone for implants in the upper back jaw.

  • Implant-Supported Dentures

Dentures secured by implants to improve retention and stability, with removable or fixed designs selected to suit the treatment plan.

What to expect

Your visit starts with a conversation and an examination, with X-rays only where they add something. Your dentist explains what they see and the options in plain language, and nothing starts until you have agreed the plan. Local anaesthetic is used where a step would otherwise be uncomfortable, and you can ask for a pause at any time.

Aftercare basics

Your dentist gives you written aftercare for your case before you leave. The basics usually include gentle brushing and flossing as normal, a quiet day for the treated area, and a review visit so healing and comfort can be checked. If anything feels wrong, message us on WhatsApp and we reply during clinic hours.

Good to know

Five questions

The questions people ask before this treatment. Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp.

Am I suitable for an implant?

That depends on your gum health, the bone available and your general health. A consultation with a scan tells us, and if bone is short, grafting or another option is discussed with you.

How long does the whole process take?

Usually a few months from placement to the final tooth, because the implant needs time to integrate with the bone. Immediate options exist for suitable cases; your dentist sets out the timeline for yours.

Does placing an implant hurt?

The placement is done under local anaesthetic. Some tenderness for a few days afterwards is normal and is managed with the aftercare you are given.

Which dentist will I see?

All three of our dentists work across these treatments. Tell us what you need and we book you with the right person, or name the dentist you would like to see.
