What to expect

Your visit starts with a conversation about what has brought you in. Your doctor explains their thinking in plain language and asks your agreement before any examination begins. Where an examination is needed, it takes place in a private room, with your doctor telling you what is happening as it happens. Before you leave, your doctor talks the plan through with you in plain words, and you can pause or ask a question at any point.

Good to know

Five questions

The questions people ask before this treatment. Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp.

What can I bring up at a consultation?

Everyday health concerns, questions about a symptom, or a check on something that has been on your mind. If you are unsure whether it is something for your doctor, ask us on WhatsApp.

What do I bring?

Your Emirates ID, any insurance card, a note of anything you currently take, and any recent test reports or letters from other doctors. If you have none of these, that is fine.

Will I need an examination?

Only where it helps, and only with your agreement. Your doctor explains what they would like to check and why before anything begins.

Can I have someone with me?

Yes. You are welcome to bring a family member or friend into the room. If you would like a chaperone from our team for an examination, ask when you book.
